Ingredients
1/4 cup Wholesome Pantry Organic Cilantro
2 sliced Wholesome Pantry Organic Limes
1 Bowl & Basket Jumbo Pack Wings
1 container Bowl & Basket Lightly Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts
3/4 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
2 tbs Sesame Oil
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 tbs Salt
1 tbs Pepper
Directions
  1. Slice your chicken wings, and sprinkle salt and pepper on the front and back.
  2. Carefully pierce each chicken wing using a skewer. There should be about 4 wings per skewer.
  3. Top each skewer with a lime wedge.
  4. Place the chicken wing on a flat-top pan for easy flipping.
  5. Cook for 7 minutes on each side.
  6. Once the wings are golden, set them aside.
  7. Mix in a large cup of Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and brown sugar.
  8. Dip the chicken wing skewers into the sauce, so they are completely covered.
  9. Next, roll the chicken wings into chopped Bowl & Basket Lightly Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts.
  10. Lastly, push the wings off the skewer onto a plate, squeeze some lime juice on each wing, and top with chopped Wholesome Pantry Organic Cilantro.
